Revitalization of Historic Downtown

The neon sign was first erected May 18, 1950 and still burns bright today. We need funds to help keep the Cream City sign lit at night.  With your help we can keep this Cookeville landmark a beacon of light that connects the past to our future.  Find out how you can contribute today.

Fall FunFest

Fall FunFest is Cookeville’s annual Main Street festival, presented by CityScape. The event takes place around the courthouse square in downtown Cookeville, TN the first weekend in September and includes live music, great food, arts & crafts, and fun for the whole family.

Enhance & Preserve

CityScape works closely with city and county governments, business owners, and merchants on renovation and expansion projects in Cookeville, as well as special events and campaigns that attract business to the area. We place special emphasis on community livability, economic restructuring, and historic preservation.

CityScape is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to preserve and enhance the historic downtown areas of Cookeville, Tennessee. Cookeville is proud to be an accredited Tennessee Main Street community, which follows the proven downtown revitalization model developed by the National Main Street Center, a subsidiary of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
